Our Classes

At the Balance Body we offer two types of Functional Training, Private One-on-One Class and Group Training Class.

All our packages include: 

 -Initial Consultation

(Weight + Body Fat % + Measurements)

 -Fitness and Nutrition Plan

(No Meal Planning)

 -Weekly + Monthly Check in

 -Access to Group Accountability

During class I am coaching you the entire time, ensuring you are safe and working efficiently, whether in Private Class or Group Class. The primary difference between Classes, is just Pricing, In a group class you will get the same benefits, at a shared cost. 

 

 

Group Basic $90

Access to 8-One Hour Group Sessions a month at my Outdoor Home Studio, 2 times a week.

 

Group size ranges from 4-6 people.

Group Pro $160

Access to 16-One Hour Group Sessions a month at my Outdoor Home Studio, 4 times a week.

 

Group size ranges from 4-6 people.

Private Deluxe $180

Access to 12-One Hour Private Sessions a month at my Outdoor Home Studio, 3 times a week.

 

Group Deluxe $120

Access to 12-One Hour Group Sessions a month at my Outdoor Home Studio, 3 times a week.

 

Group size ranges from 4-6 people.

Private Basic  $136

Access to 8-One Hour Private Sessions a month at my Outdoor Home Studio, 2 times a week.
