Signing Off for a Bit: A Message to My Dear Friends and Family 🍂🌟

Hello Friends and Family,

I hope this message finds you well and thriving. As the year slowly winds down, I’ve decided to take a brief break from social media, starting now until December 1st. It’s a time for me to rest, refresh, and refocus, gearing up for the upcoming year. I wanted to reach out and express my deep gratitude for each one of you. Your presence in my life has been a source of joy and inspiration. Tomorrow, as many of us gather with loved ones, I pray that your day is filled with sweetness and warmth. Before I fully immerse myself in this period of tranquility i wanted to share some reflections and resources with you.

It’s been a remarkable year filled with growth and learning, and as I look forward to 2023, my heart is set on pursuing peace and balance. While I know these are profound concepts that we may never fully grasp in our earthly journey, they are still essential goals to strive for in our daily lives.

First off, I recently posted a reel on Instagram discussing the 6 key wellness practices that have been a game-changer for me throughout my personal journey. I’ve poured my heart into these practices, and they’ve brought so much positive change in my life by Gods grace! I’m now putting all these insights into an short ebook that I can’t wait to share with you! It’ll be out before we say goodbye to this year, and I’m super excited for you to read it.

This time off will not only be a period for my personal recharge but also an opportunity to put the final touches on my ebook and just regroup as a business to ensure I bring you all the best support I am capable of. Your support and interaction have always been a source of encouragement for me, and I look forward to continue to be that for you as well, brimming with fresh energy and insights.

As a personal trainer my heart is to help others establish healthy habits and maintain holistic health, I find it crucial to connect you with resources that resonate with my mission. That's why I've compiled a list of my favorite products and resources. These are items I've personally used or am currently using and believe could benefit you too. I'm not promoting any one company – my aim is to provide a variety of trusted resources that cater to all needs and budgets.. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you if you make a purchase through them. Your support in this way is immensely appreciated and helps me continue to what i love to do. Others are simply links to items I love and think you might too!
