Hello! I’m Coach Tania,  Im a  personal trainer with a passion for functional fitness. While I deeply love the power and discipline of strength training, I believe in the beautiful balance between rigorous lifting and the serene art of recovery flows and stretching.

My philosophy is rooted in holistic and natural approaches, always leaning towards creative simplicity. I’m not just here to guide you through physical exercises; I desire to help you discover simple ways to enhance your overall health to support a functional lifestyle. True wellness is multifaceted. It’s not just about the body – the mind and spirit play pivotal roles too. There are countless areas in our lives that contribute to our overall well-being, and together, we’ll explore and nourish each one.
